Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or her trade, business, or profession.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Broxe GmbH & Co. KG.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process.
The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract are: German, English.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply. You can find more details about any shipping costs in the respective offers.
We deliver exclusively by dispatch. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
Credit Card
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you at least one banking day in advance about the date your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). A banking day is any working day except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and December 24 and 31. The debit will take place before shipment of the goods.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the order process.
Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the order process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have activated Google Pay, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the order process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have activated Apple Pay, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the order process.
Amazon Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“Amazon”), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out within one banking day after placing the order. A banking day is any working day except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and December 24 and 31. Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is available only for consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is available for each payment option and during the order process.

Purchase on Account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice. -
Klarna Credit Card
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. No address or credit check will take place. -
Klarna Installment Purchase
You may pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment is €6.95. -
Klarna Direct Debit
You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (prenotification). The debit will take place after shipment of the goods.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery agent and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
7.1 Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects shall apply.
7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:

in case of injury to life, body, or health,

in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

in case of warranty promises, if agreed, or

if the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or agents, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage that must typically be expected at the time of contract conclusion.
Beyond this, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
