Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Return shipping costs may need to be covered by the buyer depending on the destination country and reason for return.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
• Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
• Custom made or specially configured products are generally excluded from returns.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
